§1Who you are agreeing with

In these terms, "Pinaka", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operating legal entity behind mypinaka.com. That entity is in the process of being incorporated as a Private Limited company in the Republic of India; the registered name, CIN, and registered address will be inserted here on this page once incorporation is complete.

In these terms, "you" and "your" refer to the individual using the service.

§2Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or by taking the free LSAT mock, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You confirm you are at least eighteen years of age. Pinaka is built for adults preparing for the LSAT. Accounts found to belong to a person under eighteen will be closed.

You confirm that the information you provide on account creation is accurate, that you are signing up for yourself, and that you are not legally barred from using the service in the jurisdiction where you live.

When you purchase a paid plan, you confirm: you are the cardholder or have authorization from the cardholder; you have read the refund policy; and you understand the refund window that applies to your purchase. Your purchase confirmation email contains the full receipt and a link to the refund policy.

§3The service

Pinaka is exam analytics for the LSAT. The service includes a free LSAT mock, a scaled mock score, a twenty-one-subskill skill map, and drill sets generated from your weaknesses. Paid plans extend access to additional mocks and drills.

All questions and explanations on Pinaka are original. Pinaka does not reuse LSAC question text.

We may change, add, or remove features. Where a change reduces what a paid subscriber receives, we give thirty days written notice and an option to cancel for a pro-rated refund of the unused period.

§4Your account

One subscription is for one person. You will not share your credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us at support@mypinaka.com if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization.

§5Acceptable use

You will not reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically download content from the platform. You will not share your account credentials. You will not use Pinaka to train competing models or to publish derivative content without written permission.

§6Content you submit

When you take a mock or complete a drill, you submit answers, time-on-question signals, and similar performance data. You retain ownership of that content.

You grant Pinaka a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process that content for the purpose of running the service, generating your own skill map and recommendations, and producing the anonymized cohort aggregates described on the disclosures page. You can opt out of cohort aggregation from your dashboard at any time; opting out does not affect the use of your data for your own skill map.

§7Pricing and billing

Founding membership is a one-time payment for lifetime access. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Beta-to-general-availability price transitions include a six-month grandfather window and thirty-day written notice before any rate change. Auto-conversion is never silent.

Payment is processed by our merchant of record. The merchant of record name, address, and tax registration are disclosed on the checkout page and on the receipt for each charge.

§8Refunds

Founding membership carries a fourteen-day refund window with a ten-hour active-question-time cap; after fourteen days or ten hours of active answering, whichever first, the founding seat is non-refundable. Monthly and yearly subscriptions carry a seven-day refund window. One refund per person, ever. Detailed terms are on the refund policy page.

The free LSAT mock and the public sample readout exist so the founding-membership decision is made before payment. The window catches buyer's remorse; the ten-hour cap stops it from becoming an extended trial.

§9Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, please email support@mypinaka.com to request a refund within the applicable refund window. We issue refunds inside five working days of confirmation.

Filing a chargeback for a paid plan whose refund window has expired, or for a purchase where the service has been used (any sign-in or mock attempt after purchase), is a breach of these terms. Where a chargeback is filed in breach of this section, we may suspend or terminate the disputed account for the duration of the dispute, respond with a complete evidence package, and pursue the disputed amount as a debt where Pinaka prevails on the dispute. The customer is also barred from rebuying.

This section does not limit your rights under applicable consumer-protection law or your right to dispute an unauthorised charge.

§10Intellectual property

Pinaka owns the platform, the question pool, the explanations, the skill taxonomy, the scoring methodology, and the prose content. You retain ownership of any content you submit, subject to the licence in the section above.

LSAT and Law School Admission Test are registered trademarks of the Law School Admission Council, Inc. Pinaka is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LSAC.

§11Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time from your dashboard. Closing your account stops future charges. Per the refund policy, money already paid is refundable only inside the applicable window.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, breach of the acceptable use policy, or fraud. Where the account was in good standing, we honour the refund policy as it would have applied on the date of suspension.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, dispute resolution) survive termination.

§12Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Pinaka provides exam analytics. It does not guarantee a specific LSAT score, admission to any law school, or any career outcome.

The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific defect will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Pinaka in the twelve months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including statutory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction).

§13Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Pinaka against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your infringement of another party's rights through your use of the service. We will notify you of any such claim and let you participate in the defence.

§14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email and by a notice on the dashboard at least thirty days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept the change, cancel from the dashboard before the effective date for a pro-rated refund of the unused paid period.

§15Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

Statutory consumer-protection rights of users in the United States (including California) and Canada (including Quebec) are preserved where applicable, and nothing in these terms requires you to waive a right that cannot be waived under the law of your place of residence.

Before filing a claim, please email support@mypinaka.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

§16Severability, assignment, entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets, with notice to you. You may not assign these terms without our written consent.

These terms, together with the policies they incorporate by reference (acceptable use, refund, privacy, cookies, disclosures, copyright, accessibility, grievance), are the entire agreement between you and Pinaka with respect to the service.
