Acceptable use

What you may do with Pinaka and what is out of bounds. This policy is incorporated into the terms of service by reference. Breach of this policy is breach of the terms.

§1Allowed

Taking mocks, reviewing your explanations, drilling skills, and using the platform for your own LSAT preparation are allowed.

Sharing your own skill map or score reveal, posting about your experience with Pinaka, and discussing Pinaka publicly are allowed.

Citing Pinaka methodology, public principles, or cohort statistics with attribution and a link back to the source page is allowed.

§2Not allowed

You will not do any of the following:

  1. Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically download content from the platform.
  2. Use Pinaka content (questions, explanations, methodology, skill maps, scoring logic) to train competing models or to publish derivative question sets.
  3. Share account credentials. Each subscription is for one person.
  4. Use the same account from a large number of devices or locations in a way that indicates account sharing.
  5. Attempt to bypass the paywall, rate limits, authentication, or any technical access control.
  6. Probe the platform for security vulnerabilities without prior written authorization. (Responsible-disclosure reports are welcome at support@mypinaka.com.)
  7. Submit content (in support emails, grievance filings, or any free-text field) that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes another party's rights.
  8. Use the service to send unsolicited commercial messages, malware, or to facilitate any illegal activity.
  9. Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, your jurisdiction, or your age.
  10. Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to your Pinaka account.

§3Enforcement

Violations may result in account suspension or termination. Repeat or severe violations may be reported to law enforcement where applicable.

We aim to communicate before suspending. Where an account is in good standing at the time of suspension, we honor the refund policy as it would have applied on that date. Where a violation is severe (fraud, security probing, mass scraping, content theft), suspension is immediate.

§4Reporting violations

If you see content or behavior that violates this policy, email support@mypinaka.com. Include the URL, screenshots, and a description of what you saw. We respond within five working days.
