What general availability looks like.
The beta rate ($25/month) is held only while founding seats remain available or until 1,000 paying customers sign up or 90 days after payments launch, whichever comes first. After that, pricing returns to these two tiers.
Unlimited everything. The standard monthly tier at general availability.
Same as Monthly, paid annually. 25% off the monthly rate.
Same product. Different terms.
Honest by construction.
250 seats means we are not optimizing revenue per visitor.
If we wanted to maximize, lifetime would be uncapped. The cap exists so the price stays meaningful and so founding members get the attention they paid for.
No remaining-seats counter because seats sold is data, not pressure.
We do not show a remaining-seats counter. The cap is 250 and that is the only number we publish. Seats sold is operator data, not a pressure signal.
Beta rate held for the beta window, not forever.
After 1,000 paying beta customers sign up OR 90 days after launch (whichever first), beta monthly returns to $40. Existing beta subscribers grandfather at $25 for 6 months after GA, then auto-convert with 30 days notice.
Founding: 14-day refund window. Monthly cancels anytime.
Founding carries a 14-day refund window with a 10-hour active-question-time cap so buyer’s remorse never has to become a chargeback. The free LSAT mock and the public sample readout exist so the decision is made before payment. Monthly and yearly: cancel anytime; 7-day refund window. See the full refund policy for details.
Do you charge for the founding seat now?
No. The launch is intent only. Enter your email; we email you when the founding window opens. No card. No charge until then.
What happens to the $25 monthly rate after the beta window closes?
Monthly returns to $40/month at general availability. Subscribers who joined at the beta rate are grandfathered at $25/month for 6 months after GA, then auto-convert to $40/month with 30 days email notice.
Why 250 seats for the founding tier?
A small number we can support well. Once filled, founding closes for good. No future relaunch, no email drip to fill remaining seats.
What does "locked at every future tier" mean for founding members?
Founding members get every feature Pinaka ships, at any tier, at no additional cost. Forever. If we launch a higher tier later, founding members are upgraded with it.
Can I cancel monthly anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard. No fees, no email gates. The subscription ends at the next billing cycle; access remains until then.
Do you have student discounts, regional pricing, group rates?
No. One fair price, the same for everyone. Discount codes are a manipulation pattern; regional pricing leaks; group rates create dependencies we will not maintain.
What about refunds?
Founding: 14-day refund window with a 10-hour active- question-time cap. After 14 days or 10 hours of active answering, whichever first, the founding seat is non-refundable. Monthly and yearly: 7-day refund window. Cancel anytime separately ends access at the next billing cycle. One refund per person, ever. See the full refund policy for details.
