Refund Policy (The Exit)

We want you to use Pinaka because it works for you, not because you feel trapped. If our platform is not meeting your needs, here is how to get your money back.

Free Pilot Phase

Pinaka is currently in a free pilot phase for the first 500 students. No payment is required, so no refunds are applicable during this period.

For Future Paid Plans

When we introduce paid subscriptions, the following refund policy will apply:

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

  • Eligibility: First-time subscribers only. One refund per user.
  • Processing time: Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

After the 7-Day Window

Refund requests made after 7 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We consider refunds for:

  • • Technical issues that prevented you from using the platform
  • • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • • Significant changes to listed features after your purchase
  • • Medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances (documentation may be required)

Non-Refundable Items

  • • Partially used subscription periods (pro-rata refunds are not available)
  • • Accounts terminated for Terms of Engagement violations
  • • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless there is a technical issue)

How to Request a Refund

    Email billing@mypinaka.com with subject line "Refund Request"

    Include your details

    Your registered email, date of purchase, and reason for refund

  3. 3

    Wait for confirmation

    We will respond within 48 hours with a decision

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your test history and analytics will remain accessible (read-only)
